Upon moving into our new home we were experiencing difficulty getting our dryer unit to turn on. We weren’t sure if our unit was damaged in the move or possibly the four prong plug had the improper current. After resetting breakers and trying some obvious trouble shooting, The Service Moose came to our rescue! Their electrician quickly diagnosed the issue with a newer four prong wall plug improperly wired to a electrical cable intended for a 3 prong plug (original from the older home), did a wall plug replacement and recabling and proper grounding, and got us up and running and drying our clothes again (just in time for a late, Spring snow fall). All of this at a very affordable price. They even left us with service recommendations and upgrades to the original decades-old breaker panel, wise to perform in the months ahead! They are now definitely our go-to call for all things electrical and appliance repair in the future. We couldn’t be more happy with their highly professional work. We’ll think of them every time warm clothes come out of the dryer, from now on! The Service Moose rocks!
